Bliss is an innovative SME founded in 2018, with its registered office in Trento and an operational site in Rovereto, within Polo Meccatronica. The company operates in the healthcare sector, developing technology solutions to make medication therapy management safer and more organised.
Bliss has developed SiCuro®, a medication deblistering service that integrates technologies, procedures and software to support the preparation of therapies in single doses. The system was developed by studying models already in use in other European contexts, with the aim of identifying good practices that could be applied to medication management. The system is used in so-called Blister Centers, where the different operational stages are managed and tracked through the SiCuro® back end.
Bliss also develops proprietary software in-house to optimise deblistering, production and quality-control processes and to integrate information from the different systems involved. Technology and healthcare processes are therefore closely connected, with the aim of improving quality, traceability and safety in medication management, reducing the risk of errors and supporting healthcare professionals in their work. Since 2024, Bliss has also been a partner of Zucchetti Healthcare.
