A public partner to help you find the right people

More and more companies are struggling to recruit highly skilled professionals. Competition for skills is strong, requirements evolve quickly and the local talent pool is not always enough.

That is why Trentino for Talent exists: to help companies reach the right candidates, both in Trentino and beyond the province, and to support them throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Our service is free and available to companies with an operating site in the Province of Trento. We draw on the resources of the Trentino system, including targeted communication, candidate screening, available incentives, practical information for people relocating to Trentino and support on HR management.

Why work with Trentino for Talent

Every recruitment need is different. Here is how we can help.

A free public service

A free public service

As a public service, we have no commercial interest in the recruitment process. Our aim is to create value for Trentino and its companies. This means every recommendation and every action is designed to be genuinely useful, both for your company and for the people considering joining it.

Visibility where it matters

Visibility where it matters

Your job opportunities are published on Trentino for Talent, Trentino Lavoro and LinkedIn. They can also be included in our digital campaigns, matching events and targeted recruitment activities. The aim is not generic promotion, but a coordinated approach across different channels.

Recruitment support

Recruitment support

You do not simply receive a list of applications. Agenzia del Lavoro screens candidates and presents those whose skills and motivation best match the role. We can also support you in organising interviews, whether on site, remotely or during dedicated recruitment events.

Support throughout the process

Support throughout the process

From writing the job description to helping people arriving from outside the province get oriented, we support you at different stages of the process. We can provide practical information on mobility, family services and living in Trentino, as well as dedicated initiatives for companies on people-management topics and challenges.

Labour market insight

Labour market insight

We understand how the local and national labour markets are changing. We can help you define the role you need, position your offer within the current market and make it competitive enough to reach the right candidates.

How it works

A clear process, step by step. From the first conversation to the new hire joining your company.

  • 1 - Get in touch

We start by listening to what you need. Every company has different recruitment priorities and timelines, so the process always begins with a direct and practical conversation.

  • 2 - Build your company profile

Together, we create your company page on Trentino for Talent, including a description, logo, photos and videos. A clear, well-built profile helps candidates understand who you are, what you do and why they might choose to work with you.

  • 3 - Publish your vacancies

Tell us which roles you are recruiting for. If needed, we can help you describe the position clearly and completely. We then adapt the text to the format used on the portal and publish the vacancy in the dedicated Trentino for Talent section.

  • 4 - Give your search greater visibility

Once published on the portal, your company and active vacancies may also be included in Trentino for Talent initiatives throughout the year, including digital campaigns, matching events and targeted recruitment activities. This gives your search access to a broader communication and recruitment network rather than leaving it to a single channel.

  • 5 - Candidate screening

Agenzia del Lavoro screens applications and presents candidates whose skills and motivation best match the role. If needed, we can also help organise interviews on site, remotely or during dedicated recruiting and career days.

We ask you to give us feedback on the candidates we present. This helps us refine the search and understand how best to position each candidate.

  • 6 - Relocation information and support for employers

For people arriving from outside the province, we provide practical information to help them find their way around Trentino, including mobility, family services and useful contacts when organising a move.
For employers, we also organise opportunities to explore and discuss current people-management topics and challenges.

Looking for skilled professionals? We can help.

Have an open role but struggling to find people with the right skills? Tell us what you need. We’ll help you reach the right candidates through targeted promotion and tailored support.

The service is available to companies with an operating site in the Province of Trento. There are no restrictions on sector or company size. We work with organisations of all kinds, from start-ups to established companies.

Yes, completely. Trentino for Talent is a public project funded by the Autonomous Province of Trento. There are no hidden costs, commissions or contractual obligations. Our aim is to create value for Trentino and its companies.

We are not a staffing agency and we do not supply temporary workers. We are a public project that helps companies in Trentino recruit highly skilled professionals through promotion, candidate screening and practical support. We do not earn fees from the service and have no commercial interest in the recruitment process.

After the first contact, we create your company profile and can publish your open positions quickly. Timing depends on the complexity of the role, but we will keep you informed and provide clear feedback throughout the process.

To create your company profile on Trentino for Talent, we need at least your logo and the main information about your business. To publish a vacancy, we need as complete a description of the role as possible, including responsibilities, requirements, workplace, contract type, any benefits and the salary range, where available. If needed, we can help organise the information and adapt the text to the portal format.

Yes. We can help you define the role in relation to the current labour market and develop an effective, complete and attractive job description. The text may then be adapted to meet the editorial format of the portal.

Yes. Trentino for Talent supports companies without requiring exclusivity. You can continue to promote your open positions through any other channels that suit your recruitment needs.

There is no fixed limit. If your company has several open positions, you can ask Trentino for Talent to support multiple searches. Together, we will agree on timing, priorities and publication arrangements so that the service remains effective and your vacancies are presented clearly on the portal.

Yes. If a position remains open or you decide to restart the search later, we can republish it without starting again from scratch. If your company profile and job description are already in place, renewal is straightforward. We can also review any updates that may help make the vacancy more effective.

We present candidates whose skills and motivation best match the role. From that point onwards, the employment relationship is directly between your company and the candidate. We are not involved in the employment contract. We remain available to provide practical information for candidates arriving from outside the province and to involve your company in relevant initiatives on people-management topics and challenges.

No. We work across sectors where companies in Trentino find it difficult to recruit highly skilled professionals, including tech and IT, engineering, healthcare, the green economy, advanced manufacturing and research. If you have a specific recruitment need, talk to us and we can assess together how best to approach it.
